Terms & Conditions — 999jl Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 999jl ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the 999jl website located at 999jl.club and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, "the Service").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 999jl platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or supplementary policies published on the 999jl platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the 999jl platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that by using the Service you accept these Terms on their behalf.

To be eligible to register and use the 999jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Service.
• You are a resident of the Republic of the Philippines or are otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 999jl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 999jl, PAGCOR, or any other regulatory authority.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by 999jl for breach of these Terms.

999jl reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

To access the full range of 999jl services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 999jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 999jl employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 999jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 999jl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, 999jl may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

999jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 999jl reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to users.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met. 999jl aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. 999jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

999jl reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other unlawful activity. In such cases, 999jl may freeze the relevant account and report the matter to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

999jl offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion details. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the 999jl bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 999jl reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend or permanently close the accounts of any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

All games available on the 999jl platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action or 999jl intervention. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on long-term statistical averages.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, 999jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. 999jl shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the original wager. The decision of 999jl regarding the resolution of any malfunction is final.

Any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other conduct that gives a player an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. 999jl employs monitoring systems to detect such activity. Players found to be cheating will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds forfeited, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.

In addition to the specific prohibitions set out elsewhere in these Terms, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999jl platform:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Using the platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward 999jl staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 999jl platform software.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.
• Placing wagers on behalf of another person who is ineligible to use the platform.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the normal operation of the 999jl platform.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

All content on the 999jl platform — including but not limited to the 999jl brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 999jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 999jl platform without the prior written consent of 999jl. Any unauthorized use of 999jl intellectual property may result in legal action.

999jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at 999jl.club/privacy-policy. By using the 999jl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

999jl complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

999jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the 999jl platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 999jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

999jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 999jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999jl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 999jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

You may close your 999jl account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

999jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) 999jl is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) 999jl reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on your account; or (d) you fail to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, 999jl reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 999jl platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 999jl's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 999jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the issue.

The 999jl platform operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately resolved by 999jl may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

999jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 999jl will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 999jl platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1 above.
